Right now you can check out any number of Top 10 College Football Rankings. There are hundreds of them available, and I’d be willing to bet that 99% of them have a list drawn from the same 13-14 teams.
My NON-BCS TOP 10 serves a little different purpose. Not only do I want to highlight teams that are promising enough to warrant notice, but also suggest that you might take a look at them for value purposes during their early-on non-conference games.
