Born in Georgetown, MD, Fred spent his younger years devouring the world of sports. You name the sport and the odds are that Fred can cite some statistics and history at the drop of a hat. This devotion to sports naturally led Fred to spend many hours with many different sporting types. Not only did this experience help to mold Fred, it also shaped his attitudes toward business and the treatment of fans and associates alike.
